In this role, you will oversee the whole operation process of our different systems, installed on multiple ships across the globe and preform troubleshooting and maintenance of existing systems when needed, on-ship and off.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the installation process of our system on-sites and in office.
Preform precise technical assembly of electrical, optical and mechanical parts.
Being a point of contact for all technical issues in front of the customers.
Leading the whole installation process in front of a new customer and his technical point of contacts.
Being a point of contact for all technical issues in front of the customers, from troubleshooting to new installations.
Quality assurance and tests of our system prior to delivery.
Management of 3rd parties such as: manufacturers, suppliers and service providers.
Optimize and develop the whole operation process.
Track existing installed systems around the world.
Manage end to end logistics.
At least 2 years as a lab technician/integrator/engineer.
B.Sc in engineering degree or equivalent industrial experience.
Remote diagnostic experience.
Process and technical documentation experience.
Understanding of tools and technologies.
Willingness to flight approximately twice a month.
Excellent English (written and verbal).
Experience in operations.
Familiar with Linux and CLI commands.
