Your Impact

Orca AI is seeking a VP Sales: You will be responsible for building, leading, and setting the overall sales strategy for the company and will be a key member of the senior leadership team leading profitable growth of the business.

Reporting to the CEO, you will:

  • Lead the overall sales strategy for the company sales, coverage models, market segment strategy, competitive differentiation, pricing, and customer offerings
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, budget and other key financial performance objectives
  • Develop and track sales forecasts, goals and corresponding initiatives based upon overall strategy, market conditions and operational capabilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve the revenue goals
  • Build and train a highly capable team
  • Collaborate with other functions to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and commercialize products / modules that satisfy customer needs

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in an international sales management position
  • Experience in SaaS Company technology
  • Proven Success with growing a business from
  • Proven Success with establishing sales organization and processes
  • Experience working in APAC / EMEA markets
  • Must be capable of traveling frequently international
  • Native - level fluency in English
