We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Business Applications Manager to join our fast-growing startup as our first dedicated business systems hire. This is a unique opportunity to build the company’s business applications ecosystem from the ground up, ensuring our systems scale with the company’s hyper-growth.
You’ll own the design, implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of core business applications, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration and adjacent platforms (HubSpot, Priority ERP, and other SaaS tools). You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to drive operational excellence, data integrity, and process automation.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where you’ll wear many hats, get your hands dirty, and make a direct impact on the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven expertise in configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), custom objects, Lightning, validation rules, page layouts, and user management.
Demonstrated experience managing other business applications, ideally including HubSpot, Priority ERP, and integrations.
Strong knowledge of SaaS business applications architecture and integrations, including middleware and API-based solutions.
Experience implementing, customizing, and supporting business systems in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Administrator Certification – An advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have:
Experience with Sales Cloud, Workato, Salto, Jira, or similar tools.
Knowledge of SQL/SOQL.
Background in supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success processes and systems.
Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and best practices in a SaaS B2B environment.
