We are looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Managing all bookkeeping aspects of the company
• Prepare month-end reconciliations: including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and other asset and liability accounts
• Own Monthly Tax reporting (VAT, Tax WTH, BTL, Income tax, ect.)
• End-to-end ownership over monthly payroll process, including ongoing maintenance, processing, and regulatory filing
• Producing various financial report
• generate and process customer invoices accurately and in timely manner
• Take part in the implementation of new systems and processes
• Manage the company’s payment cycle, including vendor, credit card and bank reconciliations
• Certified Bookkeeper level 3 and Payroll Accountant with at least 3 years of experience
• Experience in an international /high tech company as a single bookkeeper
• Experience with Microsoft Excel –a must
• Strong verbal and written English skills-must
• Experienced with Priority ERP and Michpal for payroll processing
This is full-time position based in Tel Aviv. We do believe in a hybrid work environment, with an emphasis on the office, and one day a week from home.
