We're looking to hire a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join us. You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent, cultivating a strong company culture, and implementing HR best practices across the organization.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments
• Knowledgeable in HR and strategic talent acquisition
• Proven track record in scaling teams and managing complex hiring processes
• Cross-functional collaboration - hiring managers across various teams and locations
• Ability to operate with speed, agility, and creativity
• Passionate, pro-active, and takes "ownership"
• Experience with building HR processes and implementing best practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle hiring for global go-to-market roles
• Build strong candidate pipelines and hiring strategies
• Partner with leadership to shape the team’s future
• Support general HR functions such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, culture, and engagement initiatives

This is a full-time position based in Tel Aviv. We do believe in a hybrid work environment, with an emphasis on the office, and one day a week from home.
