Talent Sourcer & Recruiter (Temporary – 6 Months)

What will your job look like:


  • Identify top talents and engage with potential talents, using advanced sourcing techniques and best practices to build top of funnel talent pool
  • Creatively and proactively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct market research, stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes and talent sourcing best practices.
  • Effectively engage potential candidates, support them through the recruitment process and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support sourcing efforts, strategy and processes.
  • Take full ownership for achieving your top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion percentages, and hires to help the team achieve our collective hiring goals
  • Source passive talents through referrals, networking, Internet searches, and other sourcing tools
  • Work closely with your recruiting partners and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, and present sourcing insights to ensure hiring success

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience as a Talent  Sourcer in the high-tech industry- a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in CV screening, sourcing candidates, reaching out, conducting phone interviews, analyzing data and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), analyzing sourcing data and providing insights.
  • A collaborative team player with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive mindset- we believe in low ego and high energy.
  • Results-oriented, proactive personality with an ability to thrive at a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) - a must.
  • We have our site in Tel- Aviv  and we work from the office 4 times a week.
